the mirror

The mirror is a symbol of the single pattern underlying all of the human reality - the coherence.

The coherence of a group, a person and the world will be laid out in this text.

Provided examples will show the mirror's both straight and crooked aspects.

A model of coherence is the missing puzzle in many of our daily riddles.

We gain control, peace and clarity the moment we grasp it.

By seeing the mirror's reflections we'll be able to reason about the world and our lives.

We'll close by looking through the mirror at ourselves:

  • Why do I suffer?
  • How do I change?
  • What should I be?

Coherence

The coherence is a degree of unity.

Mirror's coherence is perfect.

To become its reflection is to become one.

Time tests coherence.

It accumulates the contradictions until the centre cannot hold.

All stability comes from unity.

We have many names for high coherence manifestations:

  • harmony of music;
  • peace of mind;
  • fractality of the world.

Group

The group is a set in coherence.

It exists as long as its members compose one reflection.

Group is both a mirror and a reflection.

Reflections flow as the mirrors turn.

Cycles of bigger mirrors tear and raise the smaller ones.

Dis-coherence of a group is its death.

Mirrors turn at all levels of our reality, throughout and above:

  • sections of a choir;
  • archetypes of a mind;
  • amino acids of a protein.

Person

The person is a group of three shapes in coherence.

The body reflects the mind, the mind reflects the world, the world reflects the body.

Person is both a mirror and a reflection.

Our core need is to cohere.

We cannot rest until we unite.

Peace is found only in submission.

There is a mirror between our:

  • breath and thoughts;
  • desires and surroundings;
  • environment and posture.

World

The world is a group of all groups.

It unites all into a spinning fractal.

World is both a mirror and a reflection.

The mirror stack turns the cycles of negation and affirmation.

The cycles are stable.

Nothing is random.

We live inside the stable fractals of:

  • hierarchies of hierarchies of hierarchies;
  • attachments between molecules, people and ideas;
  • cycles of sun, life and stories.

Give yourself a chance and try to answer the questions by yourself before reading my takes.

Why do I suffer?

I suffer because incoherence is felt as a burden.

A lack of unity tears my body and mind.

Parts of me reject submission to a single mirror.

That mirror is my self.

That mirror is my tribe.

That mirror is my world.

I suffer when I reject the coherence between:

  • my actions and the world around me;
  • my mindset and the people around me;
  • the stories of past, present and future.

How do I change?

I change by naming the incoherences which make me suffer.

I change by suffering through becoming a mirror of the incoherence.

I change by dis-cohering the stories of my mind and body.

There are three stories that I always mirror.

The story of my self, my tribe and my world.

Each can be incoherent, each gives me an identity.

I can only change through the pain of naming and breaking the story of my:

  • self being above;
  • people being below;
  • world being random.

What should I be?

My stories should cohere with my design.

I should be a mirror on all levels.

A unity of body, mind and world.

A coherence of world and body is strength.

A coherence of body and mind is health.

A coherence of mind and world is meaning.

The good, the true and the beautiful are found when I mirror:

  • the innate ability into action;
  • the outer constraints into expectation;
  • the world's shape-shifts into myself.
